Time as an Important Aspect of Life
According to Greg Lindberg CEO, people with more resources and more intelligent people are only reachable where one invests in his or her time. According to Greg Lindberg, it is possible for one to turn things around. Assuming you opted to dedicate eight hours of work to a project per day, and you have minimal resources at your disposal, and another person dedicates only one hour to a similar project. Greg Lindberg will recommend that where sharper people spend time on a project, you would need to spend even more time on a similar project to catch up with them.
Bearing that some students tend to be sharper than the others, some students would need to work harder to catch up with the sharper students. One as a student who takes more time to understand concepts would need to work even harder to match students who take lesser time. But in a case where the student who takes longer to grasp a concept accepts that he or she is not as gifted as his or her colleague and spends more time on his or her studies, he or she has high chances of catching up. Greg Lindberg will tell you to draw a time intelligence curves of two people. While the sharper student would grasp more within a shorter time, the less sharp student can catch up by investing more time on studying. The more, the less intelligent student would take more time to study, the more he or she increases his or her chances of beating the sharper student. One with better genes would turn things around if he or she spent more time on books.
Looking at the genes and resources factor, Greg Lindberg would take you to another new level of exploration. Unfortunately, most such people only explore their environment making them feel superior and only work to stay on top of their environment. According to Greg Lindberg, they end up only working hard to stay on top. In a situation where one has resources and dedicates his or her time to them, he or she would stand an opportunity of creating a gap other people would have a hard time catching up. Greg Lindberg will tell you that some people tend to get to good schools which when combined with a good opportunity makes them some of the world innovators and business entrepreneurs. Greg Lindberg would make it sound even more dramatic by saying that time makes all the difference over time. While one may have worked a few extra hours for extra pay or even read a few extra minutes, it would make all the difference over time.
